Some customer feedback...

Bruce - Hamilton
The bike is fantastic, great for getting about town. It’s preferable to take the bike than the car to get about Hamilton. The path ways along the river is great for traffic-less access from one end of town to the other. Just remember to warn walkers when approaching from behind and keep left. As long as the council keeps extending the cycle ways all over town they’ll get my support.I put some off road tires on and took the bike over the 42nd Traverse (42km). My buddies were puffing on the long up-hills near the end and the bike still had power for another 10km. I carried the bike through the river crossings to keep the electrics from getting wet. This got me enthusiastic so I did the W2K track to Kinloch from Acacia Bay west of Taupo. Performed great but I had started out with the battery not fully charged so I had to push up the hill back to Acacia bay. That round trip is at least 40 km. Most bikers drive to the foot of the track at Whakaipo bay and it did this section easily both ways. I guess I’m getting about 70 km around town and between 40 & 50 on the trails and I don’t use cruise mode much, flat out is better. The off road track’s I’ve been on so far have been no problem and the bike seems more than robust enough to take this punishment. The harshest terrain seems to be the course gravel roads usually found at either end of a track. That said though, I don’t do jumps or drop offs. To old for that and it hurts when I fall off.The bike has exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended by me whenever some one asks. This is happening on a regular basis and I find myself in conversation with people I’ve never met before.I would never have considered doing off road touring on a peddler but with the electric assistance it’s opened up a whole new world of off road trails to me It’s been the best money I’ve spent this year Cheers

Bruce, Hamilton 5/5
